As Creative Director at Shine, John originated
the highly successful new BBC formats MASTERCHEF and CELEBRITY MASTERCHEF. He also created home and property series BUILD
A NEW LIFE IN THE COUNTRY (FIVE), ONE YEAR TO PAY OFF THE MORTGAGE (Channel 4), DON'T MOVE, IMPROVE (ITV1), NICE HOUSE
SHAME ABOUT THE GARDEN (FIVE).
In his 4 years at
Shine, John created further new series and formats including CLASSICAL STAR (BBC), PARADISE OR BUST (BBC), GREATEST DISHES
IN THE WORLD (SKY), SO YOU THINK YOU'RE A ROYAL? (SKY), SELLING YOURSELF (FIVE).
At Shine John was also responsible for making UK versions of hit US formats THE BIGGEST LOSER (Living) and PROJECT
CATWALK (SKY).
Previously Head of Factual at Talkback til
2004, John created GRAND DESIGNS with Kevin McCloud (Channel 4) and was responsible for the first 5 series. At Talkback
he also created PROPERTY LADDER with Sarah Beeny, and was responsible as Executive Producer for JAMIE'S KITCHEN with Jamie
Oliver, OTHER PEOPLES HOUSES with Naomi Cleaver, MADE FOR EACH OTHER, HOW CLEAN IS YOUR HOUSE?, LIFE LAUNDRY, DINNER PARTY
INSPECTORS, REALITY CHECK, HOUSE DOCTOR, YOUR MONEY OR YOUR LIFE.

is Series Editor of LANDSCAPE MAN and helps run Red House's successful Development teams. His previous credits include
Series Producer of PARADISE OR BUST (BBC), BUILD A NEW LIFE IN THE COUNTRY (FIVE) AND SELLING YOURSELF (FIVE) - all of which
he also developed to commission. A highly creative talent, Simon has a BAFTA Nomination to his name for GRAND DESIGNS,
and produced and directed memorable episodes of WOULD LIKE TO MEET, GENDER SWAP, MADE FOR EACH OTHER, HOW CLEAN IS YOUR HOUSE?
and many others.

Sarah Delafield-Cook
Sarah is
Head of Talent. She has been responsible over the last 10 years for finding some of the most exciting new talent
in Features and Factual Entertainment, and she is responsible for developing new talent-led formats.
LEGAL AND BUSINESS
John Villeneau
John has worked in all areas of the broadcast industry, from Channel 4 and GMTV, to distribution at Granada International,
and at leading independent production companies including Shine and Eyeworks.
John looks after the day to day business
affairs work, as well as compliance matters. In addition, on the commercial side, John will negotiate and conclude all arrangements
with third parties for the exploitation of Red House IP.
